    Great prices and good quality. Close to the metro service so it is pretty convenient to buy things from them across suburbs. Tho apparantly some common sales tactics try to trick you into paying more for the same stuff (e.g. branded gold plated HDMI cable for $30 vs more generic gold plated HDMI cable for $10)

    The last 3 times I've called for pricing information and product availability I've been greeted rudely and unprofessionally by 3 different individuals. The lack of support and general care was missing. I've worked in sales and retail for majority of my working life and I'm well aware of peak times, stress, etc. But this is your job and for it to happen 3 times, there's no excuse. I drive 25 minutes out of my way (straight past) to shop at a different store.
